We try to respond to most emails on the same day or within 1 business day, and where ever possible, provide you with a 1 working day target (or less) for a price quote. In order that we can provide you with the fastest possible response time, please send us:

●  An existing Resume or CV if you have one (if you don't have one, then simply send a brief overview of your background);
●  Let us know you salary expectations;
●  Tell us about the types of positions you will be interested in applying for.

Once received, we will then provide you with an accurate price quote. Payment information will then follow with several options on how to make payment. Please allow 1 to 2  working days for payment to clear depending on your banking service.

Turnaround times for most assignments : 3 to 5 working days

Once we begin the set up of your resume, we'll need to go through a Q&A process which will help us gain a much better and deeper understanding of your experience. We can facilitate this through email and / or by telephone and the process usually takes around 30mins to 1 hour depending on the complexity of the information we need to retrieve. If the Q&A is set to be sent to you by email, this is usually completed on the same day we receive the deposit allowing you to get the process started quickly.

We will also as you to review external jobs (where applicable) to give us an insight into what positions could be of interest to you in the market. If you already have a specific job application in mind, please send that through to us as well.

Our consultants will also be conducting market research on current job criteria needed in your market.

Urgent resume and CV requirements: 1 to 3 working days

If you have an urgent need or requirement please try to give us as much notice as possible either by calling us on 1800 450 527 or emailing us with as much information as possible for us to be able to formulate the quote and provided the required  date of deadline for application. We'll then walk you through each stage of information that we'll need. Please note that our availability (especially during high season) is sometimes limited as much of our work is pre-booked.
