A. We are a team of experienced ex-Senior and Executive recruitment consultants who have a tremendous amount of insight knowledge as to how the recruitment industry works. We have also received numerous awards for our work, and we are widely recognised as resume market leaders.
Q. Is this a personal service?
A. Absolutely, you will be assigned an expert who will work closely with you on a one to one basis.
Q. I've seen cheaper resume services listed on the internet.
A. Yes we know - but many of these "cheaper alternatives" hold very little value (if any) on the actual recruitment market and are more of a reformatting service than true resume writers.
Q. What format is the resume / CV supplied in i.e. Adobe, MS Word or other?
A. The resumes supplied are designed for the Australian markets and adhere to formatting and content requirements for this market - all text is searchable and "key word" synchronised. All professional resumes are produced using MS Word and are open-access. We can offer Adobe/.pdf versions (at no extra cost) but we actually advise against using .pdf as some HR software systems won't be able to scan this format.
Q. What shall I send to you to get a quote?
A. Send us a resume or CV if you have one or a brief outline of your current working history, salary expectations and an idea on the types of roles that you are looking to apply to.
